Today is the beginning of Day 2 of being RAW. Yesterday I ate 1 apricot, 1/2 of an apple, big glass of green smoothie, a few bites of guacamole with carrots, a few bites of cantaloupe, tried a tiny piece of papaya which tasted horrible! Maybe it wasn't ripe? and a few bites of mixed greens salad with cucumbers, 4 grape tomatoes & guacamole.
Today I've had 5 HUGE strawberries, some green smoothie, 3 stalks of celery dipped in guacamole, 1 Creole tomato sliced and topped with guacomole (OMG YUM!), 1c of Apple Nut Cream (I added some cinnamon). YUM! Dinner was 1 pickle cucumber with grape tomatoes, avocado, mixed lettuces, onion, garlic, 1/4 red bell pepper with raw apple cider vinaigrette. I ate a TON!
