Not happy with myself today. Have a long list of reasons why that might be, but can't quite figure it out for sure. Probably needed to relax and let my true emotions come out, but was to busy, (or was I just distracted). I wasn't into making anything to eat. Didn't even want to use the blender or juicer because then I'd have to wash it. Lunch was leftovers, (veges and cashew dip). Dinner was a box of strawberries and a handful of soaked almonds. Definitely going to have a better day tomorrow. Relax, walk, meditate, and relax some more, and take the time to prepare a special dinner.
