Yep, day three and still raw... not really craving any cooked food yet either.
I'm hungry ALL the time it seems though...
I'm eating alot..
lets see today I ate..
-a smoothie with banana, blackberries and almonds
- 2 fudge balls from Alissa's recipe book
- a juiced drink of fresh pineapple and cucumber
-2 fudge balls
- salad with avacodo, lettuce and walnuts, oil and vinager
- an apple
and I'm starving now... waiting for the husband to get home so I can un-cook dinner...
I have an amazing amount of energy! Feeling good!
Going to Atlanta tomorrow until Monday though... hopefully I want have any issues with eating raw since there are 2 Raw restaurants in Atlanta!!! And ofcourse Whole Foods is always nice for lunches, juices and smoothies.
I might want lunch at my fav sushi restaurant though.. they have the best raw tuna... but sushi is raw!
Just not veg/vegan. Its never made me feel bad though... atlest I always felt better eating it than cooked food!
My issue will be alcohol though... we plan to hit some fav. night spots!
