I had a really discouraging experience today but I am still TRUSTING in this.
I had a half a baby watermelon for breakfast and had my usual blurry eyes within a half hour ... just detox no panic!
Had a banana and then grabbed a handful of raw nights to make sure I had
something for nibbling in the car ride. On the way home my feet started really hurting again so I am guessing it is the NUTS .I have been eating bananas quite a bit lately and haven't noticed a problem with those. Feet were tingling and painful but it is starting to go away. THis happens when I eat something that bothers me. URGH so it isn't just grains causing the pain . Now NUTS! YIkers. I am not eating meat , dairy, grains and now NUTS!
BUT I am gonna TRUST and keep going. I know this is all a sign that my body is
telling me I am on the right track and it is better then being in CONSTANT PAIN!.
I'll take these little bouts of it instead of all the time!
