Jenifae's Raw Journey
I had a complete Raw day. I went 9 days on the May challenge and from the 10th to yesterday had at least one non-raw thing. Nothing significant but, still.
I'm still overeating for me anyways. I really need/want some help with that. I know it's a process but, man it's a struggle to want control yet not be able to control.
I think I will start writing my daily food inventory here to keep track.
B: Green Tea w/lemon & honey - Banana
L: Green Smoothie: Apple juice, spinach, avocado, banana, strawberries, frozen blackberries, coconut flakes, goji berries, cacao nibs, ground fresh flax, vitamineral green, acai powder.
S: Organic sprouted sunflower seeds
D: Spinach/corn chips with avocado dip and salsa, bowl of fruit, 1/2 rawvolution chocolate bar
S: 1/2 grapefruit and grapes
I feel like I'm overeating.....................
