Day two
I changed the main meal last night to raw chow mein, using courgette (zuchini) and carrot noodles. It was fantastic :)
No hunger pangs.
This morning I have a ton of facial zits/spots/pimples, horrible! I made a facepack of oatmeal and cucumber to help sooth it all.
My nose is running, so I expect detox has started. I am feeling very quiet today. Not sluggish, but that internal quiet which you find when you meditate.
Energiser juice
Avocado, banana, chocolate and redcurrant mousse.
Green Juice.
Fig and pistacchio ball - walnut sized (planned)
Oseille wrapped spring rolls (planned)
Sprouts harvested: Mung beans
Sprouts planted: Cress and radish.
Exercise: Dog walk 3 miles, weight training.
