Detox SYMPTOMS

Rate this Entry
The good news is that I am mostly pain free since going raw BUT
other detox symptoms are really getting difficult to deal with. I know this will all go in cycles as I am staying raw more and more. I am about 90% raw and 100% some days. I was expecting detox reactions because I have had fibromyalgia for 20 years now with Fatigue being a big part of that. I always thought it was just because of all the pain not letting me sleep well.

FATIGUE out this world. I have had to take a 2 hour nap everyday just to get through. I am hoping this will balance out soon . I Have stuff to do . It is spring. But I was tired alot before and in pain so I guess I will just have to tough it out for now.

BRAIN FOG. I can't get my tongue and brain connected sometimes. Seems I have lost half my brain lately. I guess I can spare it for the time being!

MOODY. Oh this is fun ! but at least I know is detox stuff. BUT there are also times when I feel much calmer then usual. Those moments are nice! It is a nice connected to the earth and everyone else feeling! SWEET!

BLURRY EYES so bad I need to stay at home. I only drove to the greenhouse
up the road the other day. Other then that forget it. That is most days, so I guess I am stuck at home for now. Good thing I work at home.

This is it I think but it could very well be I have forgotten something with this brain that isn't working so well. LOL

Today we will be planting more potatoes. Corn and peas, snap peas, beans.
SUN is out and it is warming nicely. Next Monday is the full moon so we can do more planting after that. Gonna start some more perennials too. I do well getting babies that way. Much better then in the ground directly.

More later,Debbie

Hi Debbie. I just loved your blog. You could be ME. I have had the exact same symptoms right down to the blurry eyes. This can be tricky - making us believe we are on the wrong path, I think, but then those moments- when you get that peace and feel closer to the earth make up for it all and adds to our conviction that eating living food is the way to go. I will be following your blog and look forward to seeing you around the site. :)
    Sue.

I finally learned how to make a post longer...so I will continue...how wonderful to live in Maine. Where are you? (perhaps I should not ask that)My parents used to take us to Hermit Island for our summer holidays and I have since had such a longing to spend my life by the sea. I love Maine. And do you have a fairsized property? You must to be able to plant potatoes. How lovely!
