The Headache Continues...

Got through all my classes, quizzes, and the lesson with my voice student today despite raging headache.

Just ate:

raw crackers (sunny herb)
1 small avocado
juicy tomato slices
a few slices of raw cheese (it's a cheat, isn't it?? opinions??)
a handful of cherry tomatoes


and...


more water!!!

I believe I've been so mentally prepared for going raw this time around that my body is forcing its way through the detox with a VENGEANCE!!

I'm about to head out to town and get fixings for some of Alissa's fabulous nori rolls...

John is coming over tonite and I can't starve him!

    raw cheese as in raw nut cheese? or raw cheese as in raw unpasturized dairy cheese?? is it a cheat... depends on how 'LETTER TO THE LAW' you want to be... or if you want to simply make wise choices for your LIFEstyle... some raw foodist do eat raw cheese... its all a matter of choice and opinion. the cheese however... will alleviate your headache... BUT also -- prolong any detox symptoms so the headache will just return at a later time... so that wont be fun...

    looking at what you ate today... the majority was LIVE raw vegan food... very healthy... except for the tiny bit of cheese (if it was dairy - nut cheese is okay)... but basically -- you did really great today - SOOOO focus on that! one day at a time... make it fun and DO'able! RAWk on!

    btw... that's really not much food!!! I'd have a headache AND be starving!! ;)

    Raw cheese, regular... so it will alleviate the headache but prolong the pain?
