Getting ready for a new week

As I am sitting here munching on my large salad of all raw foods including an avacodo that I decided was ok with the IC and I now love them. I mixed it up with a small amount of salsa I can tolerate and made a great dressing.
I have my food bought for the week to be able to take healthy stuff in my lunch. I am eating so much better since I started eating more healthy foods. I am feeling good now, exercising more and as far as I am concerned this is good! Eating a whole stalk of romaine lettuce before... never. Filling a blender full of raw spinach and blending it with other healthy stuff for a smoothie to take with me to work, never would have thought of it. Yeah for healthy food!
