Exercise day 3
Alright, this could get tedious, but as dull as it seems, posting my exercise here
is motivating me!
I did it 3 days in a row!
elliptical trainer 30 minutes
yoga 10 minutes
I must add that I made Alissa's Indian Style Spinach Dip.
Why did I wait so long! I couldn't even dip vegies in it. It was soooo good that I just ate it with a spoon. A whole huge bunch of spinach!!
I think I'll have it again tomorrow!
