Yippppeeee! I did it twice in a row!
elliptical trainer for 30 minutes
Yoga 20 minutes
I'm weaning myself off the scale habit. This is because I always gain weight when I begin to exercise which makes me want to stop. Therefor, since I know exercise will help me lose weight in the long run, the scale is hibernating for a while. How long does it take to form a new habit? This elliptical trainer is still not a bit fun for me. I will do it anyway!!!
