I am doing so much better. We have been very busy at work this week and I have had little time to do anything.
After my horrid weekend last weekend. I made the decision to start eating a little more SAD food. I am making healthy choices and based on further research that I have done, I feel that I am still doing very good by my health even though I have added some cooked foods into my diet.
I am eating very high raw still. I have my green smoothie every day. It was even confused for a bottle of tobacco juice at a job we were at today! YUCK!!!
I eat raw fruit and veggies all day. If I grab cereal in the morning it is either oatmeal, oat grotes or a very high fiber cereal with fruit. I am using seeds and raw almonds for some energy during the day.
Then I will usually eat a nice large salad with whatever else I am making for supper. I am able to eat a few more vegtables now that I am cooking some again. ( The other information I have found out is that some people feel that we get more nutrition from vegtables when they are cooked. Not boiled just a short steam or healthy fast saute. ) I am also able to tolerate them with my IC.
IF I eat any meat it is a small amount and very lean.
My dizziness went away by Monday. I feel that anytime someone loses weight you are going to have health benefits to your body. I do feel that I am definately helping myself by keeping it high raw but 100% raw is not for everyone and I am ok with that.
