day 3 - clouds had overtaken my skies...
hello... day 3...
weight: 135.0 (total down 0.2, 0.4 down since yesterday)
breakfast/ lunch: apples and pears
dinner: sweet red peppers filled with avo-dip, carottes, champignons
it was fullmoon last night! I NEVER dreamed that crazy crap (though I can not share it with you)
AND... the weather changed... clouds in the sky - clouds in my mind...
how can anyone possibly be soooo depending on the weather?? I am definetely down from my first high.. but I went out for a walk, what was quite good. but it was too much and when I came back, I needed calories and felt my thoughts drifting away to unhealthy foods! THANKS VEGANPRINCESS.. (you know, the chocolate for the homeless man)![]()
I ate salad with FAT TASTY YUUUUUUUUUMMI avocado dip and now the craving is over.. but I have to watch out now... I am warned..
