Being good to my self
well day 2 of "Being good to my self." Noticed the triggers are at night time, down time and stressful situations. woke up this morning to lethargic to work out due to menopausal insomnia. Tried everything i could think of to help me sleep but doesn't work well. and i know that's one reason why the weight gain-lack of sleep. Feeling better today after working toward being 90-95% RAW. Doing a little colon cleansing, drinking more water, have a green smoothie for lunch and a naval orange and dinner will be raw broccoli mix cauliflower, crimin mushroom, green onions. Looking forward to dinner
