awareness .. truth .. moment by moment

I’ve been on this journey now … of reclaiming my health since April 1, 2007. Okay – ‘reclaiming’ is not quite accurate… it’s more like ‘truly and PURPOSEFULLY finding my health for the first time in my life’.

I’ve been down the road of 100% raw and loved it. I’ve lost 52 pounds (and perhaps a few more) and gained a few back and released them...

Yep... life... sometimes we're UP .... sometimes we're ... well...

In January of this year I went to Maine and was blessed to meet Alissa and Elaine... I sat and learned so much from them and my fellow classmates EVERY day... and I walked away filled with joy and felt so empowered and ready to tackle the world ... and then began the roller coaster ride called life...

it seems like it's been one thing after another since January...

uncovering fears ~ hidden by bravado…
truly reaching deep into the souls of my eyes and pulling out the truths that have long laid dormant shrouded in the shadows…

Well... my dear Rawbies... I can now explain my silence for the past few weeks...

Since the car accident - I have been dealing with pain and all that -- but what i did not share with everyone is that the x-rays showed what looked like 3 verterbrae that possible had been 'consumed' with cancer -- bone cancer in the spine...

so - I've been tucked into my Lord - and spending time in 'healing mode' and staying postive and BELIEVING IN THE BODY'S INFINITE...
