I did get on the scale this morning simply out of curiosity. I'm down to 171.6, which means I've lost 7.6 pounds in the last 13 days. I'm simply amazed. I picked up one of my 8 pound hand weights just to see, and it's HEAVY!!!

I feel calm, I feel centered, and my mind fizzles as it lets go of stress. I have been sitting here on the couch, simply enjoying the sensation of my mind clearing. It's like those Pop Rocks candies going off in my brain!

I'm so sorry if anyone wanted to leave a comment on my blog... I had the comments feature turned off! That has been fixed.

Today I woke up and had a banana, which I followed a little later with some fruit salad. I had another banana for lunch, with some cooled green tea.

I'm craving portobello mushrooms slathered in guacamole. I'll have to check the ol' bank account to see if that's a possibility. If not, I have a lot of salad fixings from last night to go through....

He went to the store and brought me home all kinds of produce goodies. I made a giant salad with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, green apple, and sprouted lentils. I topped this off with the juice from half an orange and some agave nectar.

I'm zinging already. Thank goodness for raw!

I will be starting 100% raw again once my check comes in at the end of the month. It's extremely frustrating to be eating foods that don't agree with me anymore while I wait for that magic moment.

I miss raw, I miss the way it made me feel, I miss being able to be confident in my skin and my body. I miss that wonderful LIVE feeling I had from the inside out.
