I've been down this road before and can't believe I'm doing it again. Ugh. I think it's because I have friggin' five pounds of cacao sitting in my cabinet. For several days, I have been eating the stuff. It started with a simple recipe that is VERY tasty (the Nestle Crunch) and ended with me losing sleep. I'm now WIDE awake after 1 am. I have so much stress right now --

-I don't know for sure where I'll live come July
-I don't know how that's going to affect my marriage
-Carlos is coming back on Wednesday, which is good, but back to facing reality
-My mom is having a tough time of things
-I'm moving into a new job title and description
-Work is crazy right now
-It's the last leg of the school year for the class I teach at night... And one of the teachers' mom died so she...

with life! Things are changing and developing at a rapid pace for me, and I'm loving it!

I found out that my stomach aches have come from being unfulfilled and that non-raw food has always been nothing but the last straw. Fulfillment and living out and really dreaming my dreams... well, that sure does make the food just a part of my life!

It's time to look at the big picture and to be flexible with the details as a means to the end.

Just a quickie here. I'm still at Lake Tahoe for my work retreat. I got my Tribest travel blender, makes a GREAT blender/grinder/etc., wrote a glowing review. This thing is fabulous. Makes traveling and raw food soooo easy.

I have had some non-raw food (no meat though) mixed in with my green smoothies and juice and usual salads. I'm feeling the water out for my stomach... but it's soooo cool that I have had a decent amount of cheese, a glass of wine and a beer and other non-raw things...
