    Didn't do as good yesterday, but today I'm going to rock. I am going to order those coconut wraps Bananna told me about and grocery shop for a raw kitchen. ;) Breakfast: raw strawberries, blueberries, banana.
    Lunch carrots and a golden delicious apple
    Dinner mixed raw veggies.
    Then I'm off to grocery shop.
    I have a plan! (((HUGS)))

    There seem to be so many people struggling with raw and staying raw and practically all aspects of raw.

    Raw does raw. Just as meditation does meditation or happy does happy.

    You don't do happy by being sad. You don't do meditation by dancing about holding a dozen conversations with people. So it is with raw.

    You do raw by eating raw. If you eat raw you are doing raw.

    . . . it will take care of itself. well . . .

    At the moment I am quite keen to lose just a single pound. It will take me below a certain milestone which I haven't been at for such a long time and it will also notch up the 50lbs lost achievement.

    I'm going to try not to think about it too much and wait til next week to weigh myself!

    Good morning.
    Yesterday I found myself drawn to a bowl of lettuce as the only option I wanted for lunch and an apple for an evening snack. This is a great change for me as of late. For a few months there, I turned my nose up at any and all raw foods. This has never happened to me. I think I needed to really get the full feel of not being raw "at all" to bring me back full force.
    I'm feeling more and more like me though. ;) Looking for raw items and choosing those ...

  5. Ever find you forget how much weight you've lost?

    I have to check my ticker most times just to make sure I'm not dreaming it!

    The rest of the week will be a high exercise time for me as I will be cycling to and from work whereas I was only cycling home before.

    We have a bank holiday coming up at the beginning of next week so I have a few days off either side so I'm looking forward to a nice gentle holiday at home pottering in the garden and taking the dog for long walks.
