    Yesterday was Day 8. Ate: Plums, green smoothie, no bean hummus with jicama, lime avocado pudding, watermelon gazpacho, chile relleno, raw food bar, coconut water. And back to work I go!

    Been a while since I have been here.

    I have finally found something that is consistently getting rid of my pain
    I figured if raw food is full of enzymes I would look into other enzymes that
    can help with pain . I am using nattokinase and it is helping me so much.
    I have finally gotten rid of my chronic foot and ankle pain so All together
    I have lost 25 pounds and 15 inches. It is so nice to be able to move around
    again. Especially with summer ...

    I almost wish sheep were raw, because I could simply eat every last ONE of them they're so damn cute!!

    John and I have dubbed all the little white sheep "woolies" and I'm becoming a bit of an avid, expensive collector of them... well, not of the real, live ones... only of their miniature plaster and fabric look-alikes. ;)

    I am indeed taking advantage of all the groceries, especially the Co-Operative Food Stores as they seem to have all the raw veggies and ...

  4. dECADENT StrawBerry NuT Cream

    The Farmers Market had Strawberries on Sale !!! So I made a triple batch of my new favorite Nut Cream. I never really cared for strawberry ice cream before. The Raw version is out of the World. My teen daughter feasted on this all week along with the Chi Bliss Balls.

    DECADENT STRAWBERRY NUT CREAM

    1 basket of Fresh Ripe Raw Strawberries
    3/4 Cup of H2O or Coconut water 1/2 Cup of Coconut oil

    What a wonderful fruit day, today! Cantelope for breakfast and pineapple and blueberries for lunch. I LOVE summer! Feel like breakfast and lunch are made for independent fruits and veggies and supper is for salads.

    I really wanted to make a sweet treat this evening so searched the boards and thought that a hybrid of "Yana"s and "cara4art"s caramel sauce would be the perfect thing. I took a couple of tastes during the processing and thought it tasted a little nutty, ...
