  1. A Semester Goal

    Well, the retreat was mind-numbingly dull and stupid, but that's normal. This is a week of meetings and speeches. It takes all the joy and energy out of the teachers so that when school starts we won't be rested at all. Sigh.

    There it is. It's like the administrators are the SAD diet that deprives the rest of us of health and vibrancy. But that's all we have.

    Well, I slept in again today. I guess I'm catching up. I plan on working out this late morning and hopefully will get to some horses hooves that need some attending.........they just keep growing. LOL!
    Maybe, I can even get back to exercising them a bit too. There's always so much to do and I can diffently lose hours here on the forum and the net. Insane how fast the time will fly by

    Winston is still missing... and the more facts I uncover and stories I hear surrounding the kennel where I had been boarding him, the more reason I have to believe that either he was sold by them, or worse...

    I start college classes in six days. And I am still trying to move to the city where my university is... I'm stressed out.

  4. mini fast

    Today I am going to try a mini fast. I have never fasted before, so I thought I would take it slow rather than diving in head first. I'm just going to fast for the first half of the day - til about 2 pm - and then I will have a snack at that time, and dinner this evening.

    I am excited for the fast because I think it will give my mind & body a chance to connect. I find that often times I don't listen to my body to see if I'm hungry, I just eat out of habit and boredom. I also ...

  5. Making raw changes-Day 50

    Weeeellllll,
    After that melt down I had to make some changes. I do feel better about them. Did a lot of praying and searching my heart. I've looked at the past 2 and a half months and I'm not getting any better. I've been in bed since June with a few occasional days out(but not for very long) I can't live like this.
