  1. all the veggies/vegans - don't read this!

    so last night i went out before the new clint eastwood flick... and was at a mexican restaurant, so i ordered ceviche... what a treat.
    (i am seriously taking the transition easy because last time i tried to eat like a little bunny only on salads and got all dizzy and lightheaded.)

    the plate was essentially humoungous and covered with three tostadas piled with yummy lettuce, pico de gallo, avocado and a bit of marinated fish (for all who don't know what ceviche is the lime ...

  2. Ideas also on Day in the Life of Raw

    So, what does one normally eat? This morning I had a green smoothie and probably will have a large salad...until dinner later...possibly another smoothie...
    Is that going to be enough to nourish me or stop me from being bored?
    Thoughts?

    Also, is consuming fruit supposed to be constant throughout the day?

  3. Dastardly Details of the Measuring Tape

    So, we all got measured at dance class yesterday. What the!!!????!!! Ouch. Wake up call.

    I keep skirting around raw. I get on track just to give it up for some stupid warm...cooked...quick...something. AGH! Have I no restraint anymore???!!!

    Crawling in bed last night, my husband said, "Ok...Monday...we start eating better." Thank God! I need the support. So, I'm going to celebrate my daughter's birthday and let that be the end

  4. stress.

    Wow. I am totally drained this time around. Exhausted. Nothing seems to help. B-12 and ACV in my water seem to give a teeny amt of relief, but this bought with ASD has completely thrown me off course and I cant seem to find my way back. I have been 100% except for a few bites of brown rice (I was starving and so emotionally exhausted I could barely lift my arms, so I ate what was already available. I just didn't have the energy to even stand at the counter and prepare something ) I don't know ...

  5. Day 13

    Last night I got home from school (work) and felt just awful. I'm thinking maybe some post-nasal drip mucus is what was making my stomach so icky. As a result, I just wasn't hungry. It's funny though, I was craving all of those comfort foods I used to eat.

    Today I'm feeling really overwhelmed with all the things I have on my plate (figuratively speaking). I'm doing the yearbook for DS's school this year and my first deadline is next week. I'm so overwhelmed and have absolutely ...
