  1. Day Two

    Day One went well, not the 100% I was hoping of, but still strong. I also got in some good exercise and felt much better.

    Today's meal ideas:
    Breakfast: Honeydew melon
    snack: almond butter with crackers
    Lunch: avocado/ tomato soup
    snack: smoothie
    Dinner: Celery
    large green salad with tomatoes and carrots

    Sounds pretty good to me. Hoping the day goes pretty close to this menu. :)

    Good morning
    How is everyone this morning? Are you ready for it? Can you feel the wind? I do! I'm so excited I can't stand it.

    I have been gone from here a very long time. At my heaviest, I was 220 lbs. and age 23. At 185 lbs and age 27, I was introduced to raw living by my BFF. Raw helped me live better, feel better and look better than ever. I was 165 lbs when I fell off the wagon. 7 years later, I'm nearly back to where I began. 2 months ago, I got on a scale. I was 208.5 lbs. 3 days ago was the last time I got on a scale. 202. Not much progress for two whole months of busting my hump in the gym and trying ...

  4. Workbooks ++

    Hey Everyone,

    I am finished my courses and just in placement now, so thought I would work on my eating issues. Actually I am currently getting some counselling for anxiety and as it turns out she also does work with disordered eating. She passed me this link and I have to work through the workbooks...you don't Need to supplement that with counselling according to the books, but I have the convenience of being able to do that. ...but I just wanted to share the link with you all in ...

  5. Forum Bullying.

    This is a vent. We are all here working to better ourselves and our lives. Learning to listen to out bodies and how to nourish them properly. We should be encouraging and lifting to each other. We need to only give positive re-inforcement. Even if you don't agree with us don't rain on our parade. Like my mama always said if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. This is a place I come to feel better about myself. It lifts my spirits.
