    Morning all~!

    Yesterday was great; I was able to eat and feel good all day long. I didn't eat as lite as I wanted to but I followed what my body wanted and all was well.

    Today I have to work so I've packed my bag full of yummies. I've got a bowl of berries w/sunny mylk for breakfast, a Mexican salad for lunch and a bowl of clementines for snacking. I'll also make a jar of juice -- probably carrot, cuke, celery or apple, lemon, ginger.

    I weighed myself ...

  2. What I Learned Today

    This morning I started the day with a clementine, followed by grapefruit juice. A couple hours later I had another cup of juice; apple, pear, carrot, lemon, and ginger (Thank you, rawchic). I had taken some blueberries out of the freezer to thaw. Around mid-afternoon I blended a few with some Really Raw Honey and poured it over the remaining blueberries with a sliced banana. At this point I was feeling pretty clean and pleased with myself.

  3. Finally ....

    ... I caved. What else did I expect? To stay 100% raw forever? A little tiny bit of myself was hoping I would, but yeah ....

    My husband (who's on this raw adventure with me) went shopping for his very SAD stepson today and brought home my alltime favorite frozen pizza from Trader Joes! I couldn't believe my eyes!

    First I got mad at my husband, because he should know better, and his "Well, Nathan (his son) wanted pizza", didn't sit well with me. What am I chopped ...

  5. 2nd Day of Preparation........

    I guess I am okay but, not feeling as strong as yesterday.

    So, this morning I worked out for an 1 1/2 hours of 45min cardio/weights, 30min abs, & 15min WBVM.

    I really got hungry after doing the "Horse Chores" and took a shower and then talked to myself first before mindlessly eating and was going to journal but, didn't get to that. Ha! Of course, right? I really think it's because, I am weighing in so high for me. I haven't been this high in my weight
