    I reached a new high today...and not in a good way...A new high in my weight - I officially am now 20 lbs heavier than I should be. Eek!

    When I started eating raw, I was already vegan. I was at my ideal weight, but I was eating lots of highly processed food. I started eating raw because I think it's the healthiest way to eat.   2. Hummmmmm

    I gained back 2 lbs this morning. I did eat a lil almonds last night but, not much. How weird is that. It must be water retention. I didn't really drink much water.

    Yesterday's Menu:

    B: Bowl of Fruit: Honeydew, Cantaloupe and Watermelon

    L: 1/2 Green Smoothie leftover from the day before. (Coconut water & meat, Strawberries, Banana, Orange, Spinach, Red Chard), Some of my fresh Dried Mango

    D: Small Salad: Spinach, Spring mix, Carrots,

  3. Spring Cleaning

    I haven't been here in a while, and it's always good to come back. . . read some blogs, be inspired and share info on this ever changing raw lifestyle.

    I always come back to periods of doing 100% raw because it plain makes me feel good. Nothing feels better in my opinion. I'm not a churchie raw girl, nor do I think this diet is the way for everyone, but for me (when applied the right way for me) it works.

  4. Staying Good

    It was another good cleansing day. A week ago I could not have imagined drinking two of the smoothies I had today.

    Breakfast: Smoothie; 1/2 water and meat of white coconut, banana, pineapple, blueberries

    Lunch: Green Smoothie leftover from last night's dinner

    Snack: 2 apples

    Dinner: Green Smoothie; Tomato, red pepper, cucumber, cilantro, radishes, mizuna, Sun Fire salt, cumin, cayenne


    About lunch... a green smoothie leftover ...

  5. Dehydrating up a storm!!!

    Hey yau'll!!!

    Been doing well! Had my Green Smoothie this morning and a Greek & Cucumber Salad for lunch! After that I had Clementines--almost ate the entire bag!!! I must be craving Vitamin C or something...

    I have ***2*** dehydrators full of stuff!!! I made some RAWritos, Alissa's Banana Flax Crackers, Alissa's Veggie Crackers, and Granola!!! A Cracker Heaven!!!!
