  1. It has been a long time

    So, I didn't go back to 100% raw back then, and here I am now, heavier, with more problems, and ready to start eating 100% raw - now.
    Tomorrow will be my first day of posting here and I will post my food/exercise every day. I don't use the computer at home, as I have a very active 2 yr old and like to spend my time at home with her. :)
    This is going to be my space to be accountable and to succeed in my 30 day challenge.

  2. Smoothie Day 7

    That is it for me. :) For a day or two, anyway. Looking forward to relaxing the rules a bit today. It was great. I feel relaxed and balanced. I'm going to continue with a mostly Green Smoothie diet, but add in a few other items. A daily fat for sure; coconut, avocado, or olive oil. And a green powder mixed with water. Hard core, but it adds a much needed (I feel) boost of protein and calcium. I've also been concerned about a lack of B vitamins on this smoothie fast. Adding a daily dose ...

  3. Happy Mondayyyy

    Was well prepared for last night!

    Come home from work early due to period :'( I was in really bad shape.

    But, I brought home Fresh Choice with our 20$ coupon from Chris' mom. Oh, it was so delicious!

    We blended up our frozen chai shakes that we bought from Cafe Gratitude a few weeks ago and slurped those down. I even made kale chips.

    I had a very raw night! Granted, my dressing wasn't the rawest, and I DID have a piece of sweet potato ...

  4. Worked til 3am Last nite

    Yesterday, I helped DH on a Commercial job and we home at 3am. I felt like I ate alot but, what's new. ;) I did good though lots of just plain raw/organic food. Apples, sliced carrots & celery, broccoli-zuchinni-carrot coleslaw. I can't even remember just that it was raw meaning not just uncooked but, no dressings. I thought OMG! I ate too much but, I actually dropped a lb.

    Today, we in town to do some of the property merger paperwork and ate a SP and I made a HUGE Salad and ...

  5. I have to say...

    ...I'm feeling really great. :)

    I'm eating way more fresh whole foods, all home made and lots of raw. I raked and raked yesterday. Lots of physical activity. Very cool.

    It's supposed to rain. All this week and it just started. I'm going to try and get some indoor projects finished.

    I'm off to read and relax for the evening. Hope you can too! ;)
