by on 08-19-2009 at 03:03 AM (Metamorphosis)

It is a recipe from Cafe Gratitude (found here). I made it just like GlimR did only I used a 9" pie plate and substituted almond milk for hazelnut milk, and added a handful of dried shredded coconut into ...

Oops. Fell off the raw wagon again. Bummer. I was doing so good too. But I keep trying. ;)

The last few days have been anything but raw. Ugh. But tomorrow I start again. In the hopes that it will stick again as in 2006. 8 Months straight. A size 3-5 petite. Heaven. Healthy, walking lots...energy.

So. Tomorrow instead of sleeping in and coffee...rushing off to work. It will be rising early, walking...raw smoothie. I will try again. It will ...

  3. Reclaiming my Path!

by on 08-18-2009 at 03:26 AM (Jenifae's Raw Journey)
Yesterday, Hubby and I had a job to do. I help me on big jobs (carpet cleaning). So, we we're getting ready to go and he asked me if I could wear what I was wearing out hen we finished our job but, he wouldn't tell me why. Therefore, I grabbed an extra pair of clothes. He had a time frame and we were quitting at a certain time. I changed and we went to get some dinner. Even though I've continued to drink Green Juices almost daily, the last 2 weeks have not been near what I consider a healthy food ...

  4. Taking it up a Notch

by on 08-18-2009 at 02:59 AM (Metamorphosis)
While my eating pattern has been fairly simple this past week, today I kicked the uncooking up a few dozen notches. :)

I've been having a lot of fruit, mostly melons of all kinds, plain or blended with chocolate mint. I've also been eating lots of cherries, and peaches, PEACHES, PEACHES. I have a green smoothie every day. Usually orange juice and kale with Vitamineral Green and Chlorella. The past two days it has been fresh cucumber/carrot juice blended with 3 kale leaves and ...

  5. Day 20 - 22

Lots to do over the weekend. Did some swimming and ate lots of fruit. Watermellon and peaches to shake things up. I am out of chili, so I am hoping to make that for later in the week. I had some banana-pecan ice cream, green smoothies, grapes, tomatoes, and salad. Still snacking on raw cheese. My boss stated that she could tell that I had lost weight. Watched that colon video - and drank another glass of water. Feeling prettty good. I take E3 Live in the morning and drink lots of water.
