    Since I started drinking nettle/mint tea a couple months ago it seemed only natural to try and make my own this season. One of the ladies in the herb garden guild discovered a trail at Denny park that is loaded with nettles. It is the perfect time of year for picking young nettles.     I love making Walnut Pate from Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw Food Made Easy. It's a good staple and I think because I substitue balsamic vinegar for tamari, it tastes just like tuna salad. I say that because I haven't had tuna since before 1987, so maybe my taster's a little off...!

    So, I moved back into the dorms/started going to college again. It was EXTREMELY shocking and hard. I have to admit, I started falling back into my awful eating habits.
