  1. Day 3-March 14th

    So I became extremely hungry at work-not enough food packed today and ate a health valley crumbly granola bar. I was still hungry a couple of hours later, and had literally 10 minutes at home before I had to go to my other office to meet with a client. Well, I ate several wheat crackers with organic raw goat cheese slices. I feel pretty bad about myself on an emotional level, but I am trying to not be too hard.     For some reason, today was mentally hard for me. I know it is only my second day, and I have done the raw thing before, but today I had to remind myself to take it one day at a time, and even one meal at a time.

    I started having nervous thoughts about what to eat or what I cant eat. I was really tired today, due to some family stress, monthly hormones etc.... So I wanted to just grab some s.a.d. food and run to work.....but I didnt. LoL. I told myself I didnt need to eat cooked ...

    i just made what has to be the best smoothie in existence

    1 banana
    1/2 small papaya
    1c pineapple
    5 big frozen strawberries

    ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my god it was amazing, i ate all of it.
    im not going to eat nuts or oil today. probably an avocado though.

    i dont work on tuesdays anymore!! hell yeah. im going to see mando and lizz today that should be interesting. i havent seen them in over a month. pinche mandito, slug ...

  5. Day 13 Daylight Savings Time

    I don't know if it is due to Daylight Savings, or what, but I am pretty wiped out this week. I have been having to get up really early for work and I am finding that I have just been dragging since Monday. It could be some form of detox too. Not sure which, and I hope it passes soon. I am too tired to write much more today...
