  1. day 10!!

    ok beets are officially the best vegetable ever. you can eat the root and the greens! i put the greens in a smoothie and they taste sooooooo good. i usually dont like green smoothies but ive been trying to drink them more often. ahahah.

    it was funny i went to work today and my boss said i didnt have to work today. so i came back to the house. what should i do today hmmmmmmmm

  2. Day 17 (I'm back)

    Hi Friends, sorry I haven't blogged for the past few days. Life has been quite hectic and I haven't had much time to be here.

    Four days ago things became really challenging for me with cravings. However the past couple of days have been smooth. I'm not back on my Juice fast but rather eating lots of Raw desserts, etc. Anything to stave off the cravings.

  4. Yeah for my Hubby!!

    Alright, I haven't blogged in like a week, but I'm starting again. I'm sooooo excited. My husband announced to me tonight that he wants to be a Rawfoodie. This is sooooo unlike him. He's been eating healthier just because I have. But this man up until about 2 weeks ago used to pick up a candybar and Coke every time he gassed up. I'm shocked.     Foods today so far:

    -smoothie: chard, 2 peaches, flax seed
    -blueberries
    -cucumber
    -sunflower seeds
    -smoothie: dandelion greens, 2 bananas, cucumber
    -lentil sprouts

    I don't know about dinner yet.

    I need to find ways to use my sprouts. Right now I'm just eating them plain, or with a sprinkle of dried herbs. They taste rather blah. :P But they're high protein, and low fat, so they really need to be eaten daily. ...
