  1. feeling better today

    I feel so much better than the other day when I blogged. Yesterday I ate ate just some fresh fruit throughout the day a lot of it being berries. Then a small salad in the evening. This made me feel so much better. I also did two enemas adding aloe and olive oil and that made a huge difference. After talking to a friend I also realized that partially whey I may not have been feeling well and still feel extreamly tired is still from my foot.   2. new here just introducing myself...

    I started gradually transitioning to raw back in august when a dr recommended a 75% raw food diet with adding lean meats to it as well. I began to notice when I ate the raw food I felt good and when I did add other things like lean meats my stomach started to not tollerate it. So I did some research looking online about the raw food diet and that's when I began eating more just raw food. Since I have been doing this I have gotten off of pain meds as well as pysch meds.   3. Day 2 is a success

    Today was Friday and I awoke with stomach cramps. They eased. Went on a family outing all day. Stayed on track. I was so glad and really just enjoyed the conversation and company. I really was not tempted. I just felt content.

  4. Day 19

    I never realized how much of an emotional eater I was untill I started going raw. The nightly after-dinner cravings are purely emotional. I just want to EAT! I need to recognize these when they occur, and overcome the temptation. I was craving something sweet, and had a tablespoon of raw honey. It was perfect! I had actually had the honey in the cupbord for awhile, and sort of forgot about it until now!

    Foods today so far:

  5. Wash Wash Wash Wash Wash Wash

    Guess what I did all day today? I washed fruits & vegetables. I put nuts into smaller containers of the "grab and go" variety. I prepped and prepared. And I'm excited! Tomorrow is day one of my 30 days, and I am ready. I think. I've made my decision and I'm sticking to it. At least for 30 days. Or until all of this food is gone!

    I bought Bok Choy for the first time today. I've never had it, and I'm excited to taste it.
