  1. Day Two

    This is going to be short because I'm TIRED.

    I'm feeling good & tried a couple of great recipes today. My face looks terrible - I'm breaking out all over the place. Detox already? I thought I'd have a couple of weeks before that happens, but the sooner the better, I guess.

    I had an afternoon headache today and was pretty tired in the afternoon.

    Hello, My name is Debra.. I am a stay at home mom to 6 rowdy kids- youngest 5 are boys! I am a fiber artist- I knit, crochet, weave, and spin yarn.. I also work with my husband in our home business building and maintaining websites and doing internet marketing. We started our raw journey on the 8th.. I am the only one 100% raw at this time. I have lost 10 lbs. I have 100 plus pounds to go. My husband though not 100% has experienced major victories- no more gerd, gastritis and hypoglycemia attacks.. ...

  3. Day 15

    Okay, so I'm little disapointed that things aren't happening faster, but that does't mean that I will quit. I think I have found the way I want to eat for the rest of my life, I know that my kids will benifit from it -and hubby too.
    I went back to curves to work out, its a good place but you have to use it
    the three times a week for it to work and I definitely will do that I have the energy and I might work out more than that for the results-at least to get my mid section back up ...

    Blood sugar-
    am- 190
    2hr. after dinner - 304

    Food-Pineapple,grapefruit,banana
    zuchini,carrot,asparagus,tomato,olive oil,lemon jiuce, sprouted tortilla
    avacado,salsa,basil,nuts

    mood-a little cranky today. Hubby stpped into help easy the frustration.

    I am anxious for mybook to arrive. I think my suar is up from too many tortillas. ...

  5. 43 days and counting

    Well.. I am still going strong. I do the same thing every morning. I drink a tall glass of ACV (apple cider vinegar) mixed with water.
    1-2 quarts of green smoothie
    a big salad
    a raw entree
    Some raw snacks that consist of fruit or dehydrated crackers or breads.
    I know I have lost a lot of weight, but I can't say how much because I don't have a scale. I can just see it in the mirror and I am wearing smaller clothes.
