  1. Day One - Sunday March 25th

    Breakfast- Miracle Greens, 4 Oranges (small)
    Mid Morning- Banana, Raw food bar- Think Organic Apricot Coconut
    Lunch- Spinach Salad with Radishes, Grape Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Olive Oil and Vinegar
    Mid Afternoon- Small Handful assorted raw nuts, 2 dates
    Dinner- Plate of grapes, Tomato Juice
    Early Evening- Raisins, Pear

  2. Day 9

    We got a good rain finally last night; it was pouring. So there's a fresh smell in the air today. Lovely.
    We really needed it, but my husband just put grass seed out Sunday to
    thicken our grass back up and I think it has all washed away unfortunately.
    So that was $100 bucks down the drain.
    We are still under watering restrictions from last summer's drought. Crazy.

    On the raw detox front, this past week I've noticed my face is all rough looking.

  3. 10 days and good bloodsugar

    I am so excited. My blood sugar hit 114. Now quite there but oh so close and I have been eating fruit. I had previously limited my fruit intake in fear. I now eat fruit a lot and a lot of different kinds. I love fruit.

    Had a great day of yard work and home improvement with my son and brother who came to help.

  4. Monday, day 8

    Day 8: starting off the day with some lemon water and some supplements.
    Supplements are called,"Renew Me, Emerald Blend" made by E3 Live and I bought from Oneluckyduck.com. They have all kinds of goodies in them.
    I ate heavy over the weekend compared to the week before.
    Lots of nuts and avo's so I am afraid to get on the scale! Plus I am still PMSing. Also I must confess in a non-raw slip up last night. For dinner last night I had a salad, and some spicy noodles

  5. Day 24 in challenge

    I am so happy I have decided to do this. Feeling great, havent' weighed all month , maybe I wont ever again, I mean really who is to say what we should and should not weigh? Although, I can guess by how my clothes feel, and been working out too, so that is building muscle. things going pretty good.
