  1. April showers bring may flowers

I am so excited to have commited to this. My day started off with a bowl of grapes instead of SAD and I'm feeling great already I plan to have watermelon for lunch and a big crunchy salad for dinner, but no eating after 5:00 p.m. And lots of water, I prefer distilled, for some reason it tasts sweeter. Did I mention I'm sooooooooooo excited!!!!

  2. So Discouraged - Please Help

I have been raw for two weeks as of March 18th.

For the first week, I lost 4 pounds but not easily. My weight kept fluctuating back to 204 down to 201.5 up to 203.5 down to 202.5 and then finally 200. And now, even though I have been eating raw faithfully for the past two weeks I have gained three pound back !

I am diabetic and I have high blood pressure. I know that the diabetes medication has caused weight gain for me ... But, could it be keeping the weight ...

  4. march challenge results in summary

In Summary, I was raw daily, but ony 100% from day 2 thru 14ish.. I remained 80 -90% raw thru the rest of the month, and added exercise to my regimen - at least 30min per day or cardio.

I will edit this entry today with my updated stats. I will also do a master cleanse next week over spring break as I clean up my house and get my website ready for my debut :)

I'll be back later today with my info.

Thanks for being there for me.

  5. Headaches

I am so excited to be a part of this lifestyle! But I got to tell, ya I won't miss the headaches when the detox ends. I find that if I keep up on my water intake, then the headaches aren't so bad, almost bearable. I am wondering if there is anything that might help with the nausea? Is there some sort of raw food that would help ease that feeling, or do I just have to sort of wait for it to pass?
