    I eat as much as I want... I just don't feel hungry at all... strange... maybe I eat something more when I come back from the movies.

    Since I have done quite well for more then a week now I will go to the movies today!! I LOOK SO MUCH ...

  2. Officially Raw !!!

    There have been so many changes in me both physically and mentally since I have become raw. I feel great been getting up early every morning to work out-Keep in mind i have a 2yr, 4yr and 7 month old baby so its not like
    i'm sleeping through the night, but still i feel great, like a kid again!!!!!
    I have finally found my place with raw food, I love it, I sleep it and I eat it!!!!
    I haven't weighed yet because I feel so great who cares? I can guess to the lb what I weigh ...

    Happy Day 1!
    The weather was so wonderful this weekend, and I spent plenty of time outside working in the yard. Seemed appropriate to clean up my 'natural surroundings' on the outside while contemplating doing the same on the inside. Ran today (and yesterday) and my plan is to be up to run before hubby goes to work...so that means 5:30am! I am hoping to be in bed at 10pm every night as well.     ive been eating a lot of lara bars and i feel all bloated.
    they sell them in bulk at costco.
    i should stop eating them.

    a lot of shit has presented itself. vince says that if i end up leaving LA over the summer, and daniel (our drummer) leaves too, then the band probably wont exist anymore. the band is the only reason i would come back to LA.
