  1. Day 12 and exercising is going well...

    Whew... I'm quite proud of myself that I'm actually exercising faithfully -- yeah it's only been since Sunday - but everyday is a victory! I was getting up at 6 am so that after I exercise - I could shower and still get to work on time. But yesterday - I added the ab crunches and ended up getting to work almost an hour late. (not good) I'm the Office Manager so it's not like anyone's going to yell at me -- but still - that's not good! So - today I got up at 5:45AM... that was hard to ...

    ooooooooooooooh, nasty headache all afternoon.

    Grapes for breakfast
    huge salad forlunch
    veggies with cooked veg pasta for dinner
    beetroot juice for drink

    Feel awful, tight skin, headaches, sweaty, nasty!

    Really difficult doing this with a 1 year old to look after :)

  3. Lazy Day 2 and abdominal pains...

    Today:

    DOWN 4.8 OVERNIGHT!!


    Weight: 142.6 (down 4.8)
    Food: Appels (all day long )
    Exercise: I will do some Pilates and streching later the day...

    I am so TERRIBLY LAZY today.. I just sit arround.. but at least I got it to clean up my flat (well... ONE room ;) and to make the laundry (that mean running up and down 5 floors several times...)...
    But still I feel like doing nothing and not wanting to do anything... ...

  4. I'm in a bit of a funk!

    I haven't been cheating but sticking to 100% raw but I feel as if I have been. I feel kinda achey, not horibbly so but enough where it is bothering me. I have been very headachey just like how I used to get all the time on a SAD diet.

    I have been making more raw bread lately and wondering if I could be possibly allergic to wheat because in a few batches I did use sprouted wheat berries. Maybe I"m just eating too much "bread" and it's not bad it's just too much. ...

    I just got through reading over The Garden Diet website(Storm) and can I just say WOW?!?!?! So inspiring!!!

    Feeling a bit nauseus this morning and haven't had anything to eat yet but my plan for today is:
    blueberry, pear, peach, banana smoothie
    goddess bar probably
    more fruit
    big salad

    I made falafels in the big D last night so maybe a few of those as well. Need to make some sauce for them though! I also made some crackers, and plan to make ...
