  1. Day 14 battling alternatives

    I have officially been raw about 2 weeks now. Probably 95%. Because yesterday I decided I really needed some grains. I'm trying to sprout and having no success, because I really don't know what the heck I'm doing, so I decided I will allow into my diet some sprouted grain bread from trader joes. That choice is making my life a lot easier, and I figure it's better to eat my grains cooked than eat my fruit and veggies cooked, so I'm keeping everything else raw.

    I have entered the world of Lyme die-off and it ain't pretty. Ugh.

    I am cross-posting the following to the fasting area for some input...

    I am so on the fence about doing a fast. Part of me says how can I do it now, when I am on Rx's and trying to heal my body *with* food, part of me says now would be a perfect time. I was up most of the night thinking/praying about this. I was thinking of starting tomorrow but...now I just don't know. I have many emotions coming up ...

  3. Day 17 - LARA Bars!!!

    Today is going well. grocery shopped today $118 for the week, not bad I guess. I got 3 lara bars and ate one while putting the stuff away. Yum! I had a big salad for lunch w/ all my faves in there, and breakfast was a strawberry smoothie without greens b/c I was out. And, I forgot to get more! I have salad greens but they're a bit bitter for smoothies - I prefer spinach and I'll have to run back out when it stops raining... or I'll have my hubby do it. :) My honey-DO.

  4. MC day ....1??

    Well i'm not even gonna lie. I had to abort the MC early this morning around 2am and with good enough reason. Well... good enough for my boss anyways. Know i know the first day your suppost to be a little weak and light headed getting use to the cleanse. Well i was suppost to work last night 7pm-12am doing a pretty heavy window. I brought enough Lemonade and water to keep me going for my short 5 hour shift. Well... the window started taking much longer than usual because i will admit.. i was moving ...

    Exercise: 1.5 hours walk, yoga-pilates
