i have been 98-100% raw since i last posted. a few times i had a bite of something or other, and one day i got really sick (dizzy and it was hard to breathe) from these weird enzyme pills and had a strong bread craving, so i had some pasta. since i went off 100% its harder to control these cravings. i feel alternately really great, then weird and foggy. my skin is still clear but i dont think ive lost anymore weight. i'm having a fat day today.

  2. Day 6 Complete

    *apple
    *handful almonds/raisins
    *hemp/flax cereal with hemp milk
    *raw lasagna
*smoothie with banana, strawberry, pineapple and spirulina

    30 mins. elliptical trainer

Couldn't find ANY unsweetened coconut at the stores. Even the healthfood store was out. So, I got a whole coconut, and opened it with the vice and a hammer in the garage, then shredded it in the food processor. It turned out pretty good, though a lot of ...

  5. Not Doing So Well

My boyfriend and I broke up a few days ago after a 4 year relationship. Its just not really the best time to do the 30 days raw challenge but I do plan on resuming it in about a week. It gives me more motivation to get healthy. Its difficult to go through a break up when I have dietary restrictions and a feel sick so much of the time. But I can do this. And I know I will slowly be able to build my life back up. Getting healthy by going raw, spending time with friends again, making new ones, getting ...
