    My face is breaking out bigtime. I have two really sexy pimples on my face, one is in an entirely odd place where I don't believe I've ever had one before. UGH!   2. Day 7 oops!

    All this nice weather and I got behind in my journal! So, here I am at the end of the first week on the 'feast'. Well, it has been tough. I am down to 145lbs which I haven't seen in probably 5 years. I have been running every day, increasing my mileage and continuing to go to bed early/get up early.   3. Eating Raw

    Wow, it's been almost a month since I have been here and I have been BAD!! Went raw for 10 days and then crashed! I liked the way that I felt much better when I went raw so I am going to try again. I even put on a pound. UGH. I need to go the opposite direction.

  4. Raw Raw Raw

    Over the past year, I've felt what I can only describe as something "calling" me toward a raw vegan lifestyle. I've even made a couple of ill-fated, half-hearted attempts which in all fairness were not that bad. The main reason I have not been 100% raw is because at some point or another, there is a social situation in which I cannot bear to miss or one in which I cannot bring myself to decline food when I am in attendance -- so essentially it's all down to me.

    Living in Singapore we get slightly old American TV - and a very limited selection at that - which is why I caught Alissa on the Diet Wars episodes of the Tyra Banks show. I would NEVER have watched Tyra at home, mainly because I'm not home during the day and I don't watch talk shows even when I am.
