    I notice that I've had more confidence. I really do. I stopped to think about it. My reason for this new-found confidence stems from my taking control of my life --- eating what I believe is good for my body. It is also because my mind thinks clearer and I no longer think that "It's probably my mistake...", "I think I made a mistake...", "I wasn't sure...."

  2. what I notice..

    I've noticed that I'd been sitting up straight, without even trying, since eating raw. I used to slouch over the keyboard everytime I'm on the computer and I had to correct my posture every few minutes to sit myself up straight. I realized I haven't corrected myself.

    I haven't seen the difference, but bf mentioned yesterday that my teeth are whiter.

    I wonder if it's all the calcium I'm been eating from the raw, green, leafy vegatables? I used to think I could ...

  3. Good to go!

    So my internet is back up!! YAAYYY!!! done with the MC. I only lasted 3 days but i learned sooo much! and yes i recommend it and i will do it again. Next time for 10 days. I could only do 3 because i ran out of lemons. I bought 12 which was more than enough but i didnt put them in the fridge. Iactually left them by the stove and after 3 days the had a gray nasty fuzz on them. not a good look. I've joind a gym and i'm excited to get back into working out. I actually miss it. I really want to do ...

  4. RAW day 1

    Hurray!!..I made it thru day 1..it wasn't too bad..the only thing I woulda done differently is to have planned a little bit better..made a few meals yesterday maybe..but all in all it went well..I am really wanting something sweet..most likely becuz I haven't been able to drink any pop today..oh well..I know the cravings will subside soon enough..same as when I went Vegan and I missed my candy bars...so what I ate today..

  5. A miracle, a miracle, a miracle



    YAY I dropped 10 lbs

    well... not for real.. BUUUUUUUUUT!

    I dropped 4!!! OVERNIGHT!!! So my plateau and the temporary UP have GOOOOOONE!! I am on a lower level than before now!
    And the other 6 pounds are those, my scale was telling me I would have on me;)(But wich turned out as a lie;)

    So from thursday I lost (mentally... as in my head) all in all 10 lbs..

    strange... I lost ...
