  1. day 18 and hungry

Been so busy with my new office, and my computer has been on the fritz, so, writing in has been challenging, but, I've stayed raw...yay. I don't think I can remember everything I've had each day, though. Today I can't believe how hungry I am! I am amazed that some days I am really not very hungry, and others, I am ravenous. I try to just listen to my body and feed it good raw stuff.

By the way...thanks Starfire for being such a great supporter! I wish I had more time to read ...

  3. The Master Cleanse Day 2

Ok well I've decided to undertake the master cleanse. There are a few reasons for me wanting to do this. After I had done that, I decided to undertake a series of detoxes to cleanse my system from all the crap I had been eating. I finally went raw in February, and while I was high raw before that, was still on the occasion, eating meat and other, not so good for you ...

Well. It has been an interesting journey so far. I have had some amazing and profound realizations, and quite a few 'well, duh...' moments. I have been eating a little bit and still doing a bit of juice, not much though. I am in a different phase now. I got what I needed from this feast/fasting experience, which was not as much about physical as it was about mental for me. Yes, I need to do some physical work, but I know that just eating high/100% raw will 'heal' those things. It was really more ...

  5. I'm back, baby!

Ok, so my husband and I have just been eating WAAAAYYYY too much sugar and sodium. Still vegetarian and mostly no dairy (except for some occasional cheese) but both of us are feeling the sluggish effects. We had company and it went ok but w/ him being from NY and coming down to the Big D, we had to take him for Tex-Mex and Steak. Hubby and I didn't eat meat (had no desire to) but did have some veggie quesadillas (light on cheese) and mushrooms cooked - lots of cooked foods. We also found ourselves ...
