    :) Welcome do blog of day 25

    I am sooooooo tired well its 11.20 pm... and I worked hard today...
    I had my yummi spaghetti ice-cream and I let my sister taste a few spoons... she was amazed and aksed me for the reciepe
    for dinner I met up with my two sisters(one with family) and my mum. I brough my salad and decorated it nicely and EVERYONE wanted of it (There was nothing special magical dehydrated... anything... JUST VEGGIES with avo dressing

  2. Raw food and emotions

    Before I started raw, I didn't realize just how much food affects me mentally and emotionally. When I was on a 100% SAD in my early 20's I had uncontrollable mood swings, rages, outbursts, etc. I'm sure most doctors would have put me on antidepressants.

  3. Going back and forth

    So I've been back and forth - doing raw twice a day at the most, and then back to cooked food all day. And I can totally feel the difference! I thought it was hype at first, that is until I had my first two headaches + fatigue episodes, which had disappeared when I was eating raw twice a day.

  4. Today Is The Day

    I woke up this morning and my first thought was...no time like the present! Today is the day I commit to raw. Sort of ironic that it's "Cinco de Mayo" meaning...in the past I would have been one of those many folks chowing down on taquitos and drinking margaritas.   5. Day 3

    May 5th, 2007 - Down another pound! Woot! This morning I weight 178.5. Down from 185.5 just three days ago. That's 7 pounds! I'm excited! Also, my skin is definitely starting to look better and I don't want to be premature saying this...is it really possible that the athlete's foot on my left foot is clearing up?
