  1. Master Cleanse Day 9

    Phew, almost done. I feel incredible. I seriously cannot describe how fantastic I feel. Light, airy, calm, at peace, and above all CLEAN! I will definitely do this 2xs a year, the endorphins are incredible. The next time (fall) I may do a juice fast instead, you know, just to switch it up a bit ;)

    Down to 108.4 today which is 8 lbs from starting point. I still have 2 days to go too. Will probably make it to 105, which would be nice to stay at. The clothes fit marvelously right ...

  2. Ready, Set, Go! Restarting DAY 1...again!

    Thank God for new days!!! I had to go out of town with my job this week and I leaned off of the wagon, but I woke up today with renewed zeal and vigor! I did take my mini blender on my trip with me, though, and made banana/mango/rice milk smoothies in my hotel room. I also brought nuts and dried fruit, Almond butter, and flax crackers with me to snack on. So, I tried to prepare and arm myself with raw food. But, I work on the airplane preparing the first class meals and having food left over ...

  3. Starting over

    So..I know I said that I'd be posting more pics this weekend...and I had planned on a pic of my face..to show how much it has cleared up..but I'm going to wait one more week...Becuz I'm committing to one week 100% raw..and of course I will post every day since I will most likely need the support...I know a wk. is nowhere near 30 days..but I'm gonna start small then go from there..until now if u have been reading I was doing well for like 3 days then I just kinda slowly went back to my bad habits...so ...

  4. Day 4 Continued

    Ok, real quick here...what did I eat the rest of the day?

    I tried making three nut/seed recipes I found! That was a BLAST! I soaked almonds over night and soaked a mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a couple of hours. Then I made sweetened almond cream, almond hummus and sunflower/pumpkin seed pate.

    Lunch -

  5. day...um, what day is it....

    Wow,

    It's been soo long since I've had a chance to journal. I've been staying completely raw, though I am drinking red and white teas. I love them.

    Okay, let me count, today is day 23 I believe.....nice. I was definately hungry a lot last week, and, since I hadn't had time to prepare many recipes, I relied on those raw larabars, too much. Kept me from losing any more weight. So, I stopped those on Friday, and I've lost another pound or so.
