    Ok, the rest of my food for today looks like this:

    Snack:

    Few handfuls of raw cashews

    Lunch:

    Pure fruit smoothie from Jamba Juice -
    Pomegranite, mango, peach, orange with a shot of wheat grass juice

    Snack:

    Large fugi apple

    Dinner:

    Guacamole Salad - prepared as usual but with red onion instead of yellow this time.

  2. Addictions aint no joke!!!

    Hey everyone!

    I'm really feeling my addiction to fried/cooked foods right now... My husband is savoring his fried dead animal flesh (the aroma is filling the entire house) and I just had an avacado/banana/mango smoothie and a flax cracker with almond milk... :) I'm o.k. right now, though... At first, I thought that the savaged animal would return, but it appears to be tamed for the night!!! I called a friend of mine (intervention!) and she helped me to get my thoughts ...

  3. Ugh....fell off the raw wagon

    Ugh....

    Okay,soooo I fell off the raw wagon. {{sigh}} I managed to go raw for 2 week though! Which I am very proud of. Alissa's book and dvd helped tons....but I think where I was getting stuck, was that I didnt have a dehydrator. Which made things kinda difficult. However, last Sunday I just ordered my very own lovely Excaliber dehydrator! YEA! I am hopin' it will arrive soon. I cant wait.

    I have already started eating more raw meals in the meantime...but I hope ...

    So..I am having a pretty good day today:) ..I worked but it wasn't too hard..only had to deal with one bad comment about my eating today..well actually it was more of a snort/sarcastic laugh..but whatev ..I've done really well and I've had a mini breakthru on some of my thinking...

    I think I have been somewhat caught up in this whole..I know it's not good for me..but i'm young and don't feel too bad when I eat cooked food..so y not be able to sometimes..also somewhat a a

    Having spent 3 weeks with my parents, I am now spending 2 weeks with my mother-in-law. Not able to start this challenge thing as I have to eat the food being provided for me. early days for me.

    Went on a raw food course in the UK (www.purelyraw.com) and got loads of inspiration from Chris and Zoe who run the courses. I am just waiting to go home so I can begin. All is not lost...I have bin munching on apples, bananas and nuts, and my mother-in-law is a bit fan of veggies,,,,
