    Day 6 and I'm still going. Feeling pretty good, but perhaps a little reflective on the changes. I certainly have added lots of whole, nutritious, "as nature intended" foods to my diet, and removed a LOT of junk. But I know my path to raw vegan is just that....a journey. For instance, I had green tea this morning. Ok, I know this is good for my body, and is (sometimes ) replacing coffee as my daily morning beverage. That's certainly good. It's not raw.     I've made it to day 6!!
    I was ok yesterday I made another big salad and ate from it all day. I made my own dressing. I used vinegar. I don't know if it is raw..I haven't heard of people using it or just haven't noticed yet. I experimented with soaking cashews, almonds, goji berries and blending in my majic bullet. I made a very yummy dressing. Salad was chopped red & yellow onions, chopped radishes, chopped celery, chopped ginger, chopped cilantro, added some spicey sprouts, pine ...

  3. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!

    SOOOO, this isn't my "official" post for today..cuz I usually post at the end of my day..BUUUUTTT...I couldn't wait to tell all of my friends and encouragers on here that I woke up this morning and what was I to find?!?!?...

    I lost....7 lbs.

    Boy am I loving Raw right now

  4. beginning day 3

    Feeling musch better than I was last night
    some intense stuff going on there.


    Dinner last night:
    green smoothie (lots of kale, 3 GS apples, mango)
    it was very filling
    snack
    banana

    All raw day to accept for coffee and olives

    I decided to drink coffee again today because I'm not feeling my best have a new job and interveiw today.
    Maybe tommorrow I'll knock it out completely.

    Snack -

    1 medium banana

    Lunch -

    1/2 large English cucumber - cut into sticks
    about 1/4 c. almond hummus and couple tbl. sesame/pumpkin seed pate

    Snack -

    1/4 c. each raw almonds, cashews and raisins

    Dinner -

    2 medium crimari (?) mushrooms, finely chopped
    1 small zucchini squash, shredded
    3 tbl. soy sauce
    1 tbl. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
