  1. Good Things

    I just noticed after getting out of the shower...how much better my face is starting to look! It's subtle, but the bags and dark circles under my eyes are most definitely fading and my skin is just a little bit softer and not so ruddy. OH, more veggies, please!!!!! So happy!

    I began eatting mostly raw Thursday May 3rd the day that my precious little great neice Cecille Carlin was born. I have committed to remove all cooked foods from my diet however I am not quite ready to get rid of my morning coffee or my night time wine. Maybe one day I will give them up but for now I'm not ready.

  3. RECIPE FOR SPICY TACOs

    THIS RECIPE WAS ON THE RFT FOOD THREAD - I'M SURE IT'S STILL THERE - I WOULD CHECK IT OUT BCUZ THERE WERE SOME PHOTOS THAT WERE REALLY GREAT THAT SHOWz YOU WHAT THE END RESULT LOOKS LIKE!

    THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE TASTE IS SO AMAZING - REALLY DOES TASTE JUST LIKE SPICY TACOs!!

    Also - don't forget if you don't have a deyhdrator - you don't need to make the corn tortillas - it's excellent without the tortillas - just make a lettuce wrap. Or - check out the hfs - there

  4. Fat and Protien

    For the past few days, I've been feeling quite out of it. I have periods of high energy, but most of the time, I feel pretty foggy and sleepy. Looking back at my diet for the past few days, I had very little fat and protein.

    I have some pumpkin seed butter (raw) I can start eating and hemp seed powder I can add to my smoothies. Before I went raw/vegan I took cod liver oil and felt really good. I will see if there is an alternative; if not, I will take it as a supplement again.
