    and all that without ANY slip or whatever...

    ...so a bit delay...
    yesterday was a day of controverse emotions...

    well... It began quite nice...down in weight and stuff;) well and I had tastiest pineapple ever for breakfast..*yum*!

    Later the day I had an appointement at the dentist... I am not a big fan of going there;) Well... it was just for controll But I can report!! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!! I have veeeery healthy ...

    Day 11 ( thank you Starfire);)

    This is one of the many things I love about this group. This level of caring is something I've never experienced from the people that traditionally it is supposed to come from. lol You have touched my heart. The people here are amazing. It is a mutual feeling and somehow we all have this instant bonding, comeraderie and spirit that bonds up with a superglue. lol I love it.

  3. Day 13 - Back On Raw Foods

    Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 - Ok, I woke up with pretty severe stomach cramps this morning and decided I was glad I had chosen to end my fast/cleanse after 3 full days. So, it's back to raw foods for me today. At first it was pretty "iffy." I know everyone says to go with orange juice, but orange juice and I have never really gotten along too well, very acidic for my system. So, I decided to mash half a banana with half an avocado and slowly eat that, while still sipping plenty of distilled ...

    blahhhh.... my nose is running - my eyes itch... so I just wanted to share my misery!! LOL --- naw - naw -- just lettin you know I didn't fall off the island into the ocean or anything. I'm gunna try to send this before it is intercepted by another Alien! .

    hugs everyone -- but not too close just incase this is actually a cold rather than detox... lots of the girls in hula were sick last week and this week - hmmm... wondering if I caught something .

  5. Day 1: Becoming Raw

    Today I have eaten 2 cans of beans, a banana, and an apple. This week I am only taking out grains, so that is good. I should learn to eat some sprouts, because that's what I'm going to have to binge off of pretty soon. Its pretty hopeless to get over binging by myself, so I just have to teach myself to binge on healthy things. BTW: any cereal or beans is NOT healthy. So yup, I'll probably eat some fruit later or something, buh bye.
