    I am sleepy!..so this will be a short one...THANK YOU STAR!!...I can't wait to try those tacos..wish I had a dehydrator..but a wrap will just have to do...I have read all of your blogs..but after so many I forget what some of them say ...I have not been doing so well the past few days...but I am renewing my resolve tomorrow...I believe my issue is dinner time ...I do so well until dinner...cuz I usually don't get off work to eat until 10-11 pm...and by that time I most DEFINATELY do ...

  3. Day 14 - Down 12.5 Pounds!!!

    May 16th, 2007 - WOOT! This has been a very successful 14 Days! I am hooked for life now!

    So, this is the first day I haven't written anything all day long. My daughter got back from her Alaskan cruise ship job tonight and the day was busy...so, I have to try to remember everything I ate today. Here goes:

  4. I'm addicted to all of you Rawbies!

    Aloha! well, i'm on day 46. Strange how this has become my lifestyle so (thankfully) easily. I just sorta slid into it. Like I slid into my jeans skirt!! whooohooo!!

    I think transitioning was so easy for me bcuz I needed to make some drastic changes and I had so much to lose - like my life !

    I often think I need to pay more attention to what I'm eating - when and all that. I seem to just eat - so long as it's raw - veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds -- sprouted, ...

  5. Beginning Again

    I am beginning my raw eating plan again. I had high hopes last month but my "wheels fell off" before I actually got started. So, I begin again. My plan is to lose weight while switching to all raw. Today. May 15th is my first day. I will track my food intake and weight loss.
    Foods:
    Melons, Pineapple, banana at breakfast
    Raw energy bar as snack
    Medium salad, apple, mixed vegetables at lunch
    Two vegeburgers, 1/2 cup rice, and 1/2 ear corn for dinner ...
