  1. JUNE!

    I was mostly raw in May, despite every intention to stay 100%. BUT I am not beating myself up about it. I am jumping into every new day with a new attitude. So, today is the second day of June and here I am three days all raw. And a big fat smile on my face. Last night my body was tired, so I went to bed same time as I always do (10 p.m.) and I slept until 8 a.m. which is odd for me because I am usually an early riser (yes earlier than 8 a.m.) BUT I woke up feeling soooo good.

    A bite of brocolli (YUCK) and about 3/4 cup of spinach

    OK here we go with the cheat....

    Brown rice cooked in veg broth (1 1/4 cup) ...
