  1. Smoothies in every Color

    So...Ladies..tomorrow is the beginning of my green smoothie thingy ...wish me luck..I hope to squash all of those pesky cooked food cravings...so I can begin Raw again with lots of smiling and jumping involved this time;) ...as my fat melts away..ewww..actually that sounds gross...so let's try this again..smiling and jumping as my fat evaporates away ..much better visual..

    Now this has nothing to do with Raw...but has anyone noticed this problem with writing entries and comments

    Woke up feeling good - some (very little) sore throat.

    1 cap of probiotics (Advance Natural's Ultimate Floramax - 50 billion per caps)

    8:00 - Mango green smoothie (1 mango, 1 banana, 1/2 cup tangerine juice, 1/2 tbsp. flax oil, and 1 tsp. vitamineral green)

    9:30 - Raw crunch bar

    12:10
    Almonds (1/4 cup)
    1/2 mango
    5 lychees
    2 pods swt tamarind (steamed sterilized)
    *Tummy a little queasy after eating everything ...

    I have stuck with it and plan to continue to. I felt a bit shaky today though after eating dehydrated apples and a banana. I'm eating more raw nuts and seeds, coconut oil and big salads. Besides the banana, coconut oil, nuts and apples, I ate a nectarine covered with a healthy portion of various nuts and seeds, green smoothie, and humongous salads.
