    So...guess what i am drinking...Yum yum yum yummy la la la lala

    big bottle of dark crimsom elixer, looks a lot like what the Count would drink BUT its all veggies YIPPEE

    I started to make another Green and Red smoothie and I put in lots of beet root and it turn this beautiful dark purple colour and the taste is devine.

    Tuesday Day 5 Raw (Not so hot)
    My day started out well:
    Turbo Express smoothie
    small Cellulite Juice, organic granny smith apple, 2 figs, handful of dried apples, & some fudge balls
    Cashews & 4 fudge balls

    Workout:
    Bike to gym
    75 min. Fitness Yoga class
    Bike home

    Then I went out to run a bunch of errands and I got stuck in an hour long traffic jam due to construction & I missed my cardio boxing class! I was ...

  3. This is really scary for me

    Being a recovering bulimic, this is a scary thing for me. I am posting my numbers. I don't know when I can stop calling myself a "recovering" bulimic even though I haven't thrown up in 5 months (4 months before that).

    I am now a strong believer in numbers not being such a healthy gauge on fitness. I would rather feel good than feel sick and thin. These numbers only serve as a gauge for progress rather than pushing for an ideal number or goal weight.

  4. June 6 -- A Terrific Day!

    I'm coming to the end of another day. Had a terrific time today! Did everything I hoped to accomplish and that is always a plus.

    I find it absolutely fascinating how my eating patterns and desires for food change each day. Today I started out with cherries and pineapple so that I could take my meds (pretty much a routine at this point), and then moved on to my green smoothie (pineapple, gala apple, lots of spinach, handful of sunflower seeds and 1 cup water).   5. Ready for tomorrow

    I have been very lazy the past few days, I didn't even go to class today. I am so far behind in my reading it is not funny. My period has been so heavy I feel weak and useless. I have a hard time walking short distances; but i am certain I can over come this. It has pledged me since puberty. Can raw help me?
